Diet & Exercise

 

At Joya Women's Healthcare we aren't big fans of diets.  The truth is we have all tried our fair share of diets with varying levels of success.  But what has been true for each and every one of us is that when the diet is done so is the weight loss.

Regardless of what diet used for weight loss the most important decision is how to make that diet sustainable.  As part of our comprehensive weight management program we will look at appropriate diets and how to make them work for you as an individual.

While diet matters exercise is just as important.  At Joya Women's Healthcare our goal is to help women have healthy and strong bodies.  We recommend both aerobic and weight training exercises as a part of losing or maintaining weight.
